To be eligible to enroll in adult education services, an
individual must :
- Be at least 16 years of age. Individuals between 16 and
18 years of age must provide official documentation of their
withdrawal from school.
- Not be enrolled or required to be enrolled in public school
- Lack sufficient mastery of basic educational skills to
enable them to function effectively in society.
- Not have a secondary school diploma or its recognized
equivalent, or have not achieved an equivalent level of
education
OR
Be unable to speak, read, or write the English language.
