Students
who have decided on a major for a Bachelor's degree should
follow the suggested course sequences in the transfer
agreement or framework for that major. A transfer agreement
is an arrangement between colleges and universities that
allows students who complete an Associate in Arts, Associate
in Science, or Associate in Applied Science degree to
transfer credits to a bachelor's degree program at a
public university in Kentucky. A complete list of WKCTC
transfer agreements is listed below.
A
transfer framework is a list of courses that apply to
a certain major, like biology or accounting. If you begin
college at WKCTC and know you plan to transfer to an
in-state public university, following the transfer framework
will allow you to transfer at least 60 hours of coursework
towards a bachelor’s degree. A complete list of
transfer frameworks is available on the Council
on Postsecondary Education’s web site.
