PARKING/SPEEDING REGULATIONS

Students and employees must register any vehicle that is to be driven on campus. Registration forms and WKCTC parking hang tags are available in the Business Office Room 104 in the Anderson Technical Building. You will be issued a WKCTC parking hang tag that must be displayed in your vehicle when on campus - there is no charge for this parking hang tag; however, there is a $10.00 charge for parking hang tag replacement. There is a $10.00 fine for violation of our parking procedures. The following applies to all locations on campus:

  1. Parking in the following restricted areas is prohibited: Fire zones, loading zones, on the grass or in handicapped zones without a handicap tag. All persons needing to park in a handicap zone must have a handicap hang tag issued from their local county along with the WKCTC parking hang tag - these tags must be visible in the vehicle.
  2. Parking is not allowed behind the Anderson Technical Building inside the chain link fence.
  3. Visitor spaces are not to be used by currently enrolled students, faculty or staff.

Citations will be issued for violation of these procedures. Repeat violators in handicap zones and other restricted areas will be towed at the expense of the owner of the vehicle. Fines must be paid in the Business Office Room 104 in the Anderson Technical Building. If a fine is not paid, the college will withhold transcripts until the fine is paid. WKCTC is not responsible for vehicle damage or loss of valuables when a vehicle is operated or parked on campus.

Please drive your vehicle carefully while on campus. Remember to yield to pedestrians at crosswalks and drive a slower speed when in parking lots and on our roadway.

SPEED LIMIT IN THE PARKING LOT IS 15 MPH.
THE PADUCAH POLICE CAN/WILL CITE VIOLATIONS AT ANY TIME.
