Testing With Accommodations
Students
requesting test accommodations must meet with the Coordinator of Disability
Services and must provide documentation that supports the request for
test accommodations. The documentation must be on file with Disability
Services before accommodations can be provided. The student will provide
an accommodation request form to all instructors informing them of the
test accommodation. The student has to make arrangements for test accommodations
each semester.
Students
are responsible for scheduling a test as soon as it is announced by the
instructor, at least three days in advance. To schedule a test, the student
must contact the Coordinator of Disability Services, Latasha Williamson
at (270) 534-3406, room 209 A in the Anderson Technical Building or by
email at lwilliamson0011@kctcs.edu and
provide the following information:
- Your name
- Instructor's name
- Date and time of test
Tests
should be completed on a Monday or Friday between the hours of 8am-2pm.
If an alternative time is needed it will be arranged and agreed upon by
the student, Coordinator of Disability Services and instructor.
Instructors
must provide a copy of the test electronically or paper copy
via interoffice mail. Also include location where completed test
should be returned.

please note- If you currently have a successful systematic procedure for
testing students with accommodations please free to continue your own
testing.
