Withdrawal
Procedure
In order to withdraw from a class, a student
must complete a drop slip, obtain their instructor's signature,
and present the drop slip at the Information Desk or the
Records Office (Room 107) of the Anderson Technical Building
to be processed. Instructors are required to inform the
student through their course syllabi as to their policies
on allowing drops after mid-term. Please refer to the
semester calendar for deadlines to withdraw in order to
receive refunds as well as final dates to withdraw at
the instructor's discretion. Please note that courses
which meet for a shorter time frame than the full semester
will have differing dates for refunds and permission to
withdraw.
Students who take on-line courses may request
to drop through an email to their instructor. The instructor
then forwards the email to the Registrar to process if
the drop is allowed.
