The program can be completed in 4 semesters - 450 clock hours a semester. The program requires 1800 hours of instruction to be completed before graduation criteria can be met.
There are no special admission requirements for this program. Please consult WKCTC's general admission requirements.
The regional salary range for cosmotologists is between $15,330 and $42,460. The national range is between $12,280 and $33,220.
The Cosmetology programs in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System are licensed, and the curriculum is approved by the Kentucky Board of Hairdressers and Cosmetologist.
