A
login is required to use the Testing Center. That login can
be completed online or on-site. Registration through Accutrac
online will hold a place for the student and register that student
for the Testing Center. These advanced registrations will be
held for ten minutes past the designated time and then given
up if the student does not show up. Physical registration logins
are on a first come basis.
Currently,
the AccuTrack online registration will not work. Please E-mail
William.wade@kctcs.edu
to hold a place in the Testing Center instead of registering
online in AccuTrack.
Some
General Faculty Regulations on Testing
- A picture ID is required for testing
- Time limits for testing date, availability, and test duration
- No cell phone, PDA, or computer visible
- Student must be aware of Center hours of operation
- Technology failure options are set by the instructor
- Other possible options
- Use of extra materials such as calculators, dictionaries,
text books, supplemental materials. (Policy established
by individual faculty)
- Student login to class
- Mailing of materials to a faculty member MAY be required
(if this is the case, the student is responsible for the
address and postage. The Proctor will place the material
in the mail).
- Password entered by Proctor to make test available
