Italian Cooking I

Details: Participants will learn to create more than 40 tasty
Italian dishes. Week 1 features soups and antipasti
including Escarole Soup with Meatballs, and Antipasto Aglio.
Week 2 features pastas and sauces including
Marinara and Alfredo sauces and Baked Ziti. Week 3 features
main dishes including Chicken alla Parmigiana, Shrimp in Butter
Sauce and Mushroom Risotto. Week 4 finishes up with desserts
including Cannoli, Italian
Crème Cake and Tiramisu.

Not your typical frozen dinner. Holly will teach you how to make freezer meals your entire family will enjoy.
