Former WKCTC students must complete a new updated admission application when they have sat out for more than one semester.
Transcript to be mail/faxed to other educational institutions may be requested by phone 270-534-3264 with payment by debit/credit card. Transcripts to be mailed to the student or other third-party must be submitted in writing. Please see transcript request form and instructions.
Course withdrawal requests are NOT able to be processed over the phone. Course withdrawal requests may be processed in person, by fax or by way of the student's KCTCS student email account.
First time students may typically need to see an advisor to register for the first time. Returning students may work with their assigned academic advisor to determine if online registration is available.
Transcript requests may be mailed within three business days for a fee of $5, mailed same day for $7, faxed and mailed same day for $10. Please see transcript request form and instructions.

Student ID (or EMPL ID) numbers may be obtained in person (Anderson Technical Building) with a photo ID or you may request that your ID be mailed to your postal address on file in our records. Unfortunately, student ID numbers may not be given to a student over the phone or by email or fax.
Credentials will be mailed to your home address approximately 12 weeks following graduation.
